Down Town. And the Lions Gate Bridge. Chinese believe that if you have a view of Downtown it will
make you rich
■ Near to good schools is the second most important thing.
■ Brand new if they can afford it or otherwise modernized. There are some Chinese developers
who re-buying view lots and building and also a few Chinese who are having houses built but they
are not the norm.
■ The Chinese follow where other Chinese go and whereas it was nearly always the BP’s, Dundarave, Queens and Ambleside seem to be the latest hot spots and with like my Chinese buyers that I spend educating we are now seeing sales further west.
