5 Sales in West Vancouver With Price Reductions!

Another cloudy day in West Vancouver and the Sunshine Coast brought more relief after the relentless hot  weather and sunshine of the last month.  However the air temperature was warm and I even managed a swim this evening from the beach at Dundarave West Vancouver, a short stroll from my Condo.

Walking back along the sea wall it made me realize what an unbelievable place this are of BC is  - Mountains, Ocean, Clean, vibrant, great restaurants and a climate to beat the South of France in the summer. Yet Real Estate is so cheap compared to Europe what an undiscovered secret this area is.

In the world of Real Estate: There were 5 sales in West Vancouver and all below listed price and all had already had price reductions! There were 4 sales on the Sunshine Coast all in the very low end of the market.

There were 5 new listings in West Vancouver and 3 on the Sunshine Coast.

The Market is a strong buyers market and Stats for July show one of the worst months ever for sales in all sections as bad as summer 2008! It is July and August so it may just be a reflection of quiet summer months and therefore should pick up in September.
