Since property buyers in BC are increasingly coming from outside our borders, I present my clients’ properties to the worldwide market. I share the benefits of owning a property in BC with international buyers, showcasing my client’s homes through several channels, including property fairs each year, in Europe, and Asia.

I do not do or like blanket marketing and each and every property has a marketing program specifically designed for it and may include all of the following:

  • I advertise extensively in the Chinese newspapers both here and in Mainland China.
  • I am the only REALTOR® who showcases their properties in the BC Homes magazine Chinese edition which comes out four times a year.
  • I do a quarterly News letter that goes out to 10,000 homes in West Vancouver.
  • My web site is in Both Mandarin and English.
  • I have a full integrated map of all the MLS listings on my web site and have had a program written enabling the search to be carried out in both languages.
  • Just listed postcards sent to the areas where I think the buyers will come from.
  • I advertise in the local North shore news papers and Homes and Land but ensure that each listing is a minimum half page – no little box adverts for my listings.
  • Adverts in the Ming Pao newspaper for all properties with Chinese appeal.
  • Dedicated expenditure ensures I am number on the first page on Google and Baidu the Chinese equivalent of Google.
  • Luxury brochures are in both English and Chinese are produced for each and every one of my listings.
  • Luxury email Flyers sent to every Realtor® once a property is listed to ensure that even if it is missed on the MLS new listings Agents are aware.

  • Lynn Saunders: My full time unlicensed assistant who dots all the i’s and crosses all the t’s. Lynn makes sure that clients are properly looked after by Me, by doing all the paperwork so that I am free to deal personally with Clients and their homes.
  • A dedicated in-house marketing firm who ensures that each and every property is marketed as an individual to the right audience. No blanket marketing allowed.
  • Simieon Garratt: A Chinese-speaking Caucasian Real Estate Entrepreneur who works part time as my Chinese speaking assistant when dealing with Chinese clients.
  • Last but not least Patrick O’Donnell – One of the North Shores Top producing Realtors in his own right, with the same work ethic, integrity and customer service – who has agreed to partner with me to ensure if for any reason I am not available you will still get the very BEST customer service there is.
