For the first 12 days of September we have seen 3 homes sold in West Vancouver compared to 27 homes sold in the first 12 days of September, 2011.

Though the market has seemingly dropped off a cliff ( only 28 detached sales in the month of June which was the lowest ever ever recored) things that are priced right, presented right and promoted right will sell.
